Shipping Policy

Processing time

We print in-house in Meridian, Idaho, so your order is made for you rather than pulled off a warehouse shelf.

  • Stock items: ship within 1–3 business days.
  • Custom and personalized items: ship within 5–7 business days after you approve your proof.
  • DTF heat transfers: ship within 2–4 business days after we receive print-ready artwork.

Processing times don't include weekends or holidays. During busy seasons we'll post any delays at the top of the site.

Carriers and rates

We ship with USPS and/or UPS. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and you'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Typical delivery is 2–5 business days after shipping.

International and APO/FPO

We currently ship within the United States only. For an order outside the US, contact us before ordering at gary@familyinktshirts.com and we'll see what we can arrange. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees. We ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS.

Local pickup and delivery

Local? Choose Local Pickup at checkout (free) and pick up in Meridian, ID. The pickup address is provided once your order is paid in full, and we'll email you when it's ready. Orders are held for 14 days. Local delivery in the Meridian area is also available.

Group and event orders

  • Proof and quote: within 2 business days of your request.
  • Production: 7–10 business days after proof approval and payment.
  • Have a deadline? Tell us up front. We recommend ordering at least 3 weeks before your event.
  • Rush orders are available. Ask us about timing and pricing.
  • Fundraiser store orders ship or are delivered together within 10–14 business days after the store closes.

Lost or damaged packages

If tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, or it says delivered and you can't find your package, email gary@familyinktshirts.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier and help with a replacement or refund. If a package arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Address changes

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can fix it if the order hasn't shipped. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.
